After Vivocity on Friday, 1/10/10, Mary's helper stayed the night at my place, sharing a room with the kids (let her choose between the kids' room and the study and she chose the kids' room).
Mary's helper likes to cook/ bake a lot. She told Mary she prefers that to looking after kids actually. haha. It is way less stressful indeed, and satisfaction can come after a much shorter period of time, don't you agree?
So I decided to bake cupcakes and make our own pizza for lunch.
The cupcakes were for the boys' Sunday school teachers, as well as for Ch and L and Mary's helper.
Icing was done a day after on Sun morning.
Pizza was made from scratch too. Used a recipe from Allrecipes.com. Then kids could put whatever ingredients they wanted. They put a crazily disproportionate amount of mozzarella!!
Mary's helper was pretty adventurous. She tried many different combinations and in the end, she also followed the kids and used lots of cheese.
I, on the other hand, love my mushrooms and olives. Yum.
