Dd had her 3rd DPT jab due at the polyclinic. It's almost a week now and she hasn't had any fever from it. However she does have a runny nose from the recent haze due to the fires in Indonesia.
She weighs 9.33kg now, has a head circumference that's 44.9cm and a length of 69cm. She only put on 0.1kg since last month but is still at the 97th percentile for weight.
She has grown longer though, so she looks slimmer now, which is nice. Her head's supposedly pretty big too, hopefully it has substance within!
She currently has sprouted her 7th and 8th teeth already. These are the secondary incisors at the bottom.
Other developmental milestones this past month (she is 8mths+ now) include being able to cruise. She was pulling herself up to stand last month, and crawling more steadily.
Now she will hold onto the TV console, or various chairs, or go along the sofa, cruising to get at something. With this new found skill, she now much prefers to stand or cruise and will only stoop to crawl rarely. Like if she wants to get at the pencil ds1 is holding and he is right across the living room with no chairs or whatever linking her across, then she'd reluctantly slowly stoop down to touch the ground and then crawl over then pull herself up to get at his pencil.
She is still very much the cautious little girl though. Hence she experiences less falls or injuries than her brothers at every stage (but learns slower than ds1 at the same stage). She'll also cry and bawl much easier and longer when she does fall. What a "sissy" or "guniang" as Dh calls her. Maybe she is not the tough tomboy we expect her to be!
Some photos of her in Sep in the church's cradle roll class.

Went with Tim, some LAP members and Angeling's family to Marina Bay for a kite festival.
The kids had lots of fun!
See the hundreds of kites in the air!
Lots of buskers too. I like how the Marina Bay Sands structure gleamed in the setting sunlight.
